If I could give no stars I would! I have purchased many Kendra Scott pieces through out the years and also purchased for my nieces as gifts. Went in to the store and was very disappointed with Manager Victoria . I wanted to exchange a necklace I had purchased for my niece and Victoria was no help. I understand the jewelry there is fake and discoloration occurs but yet I keep purchasing and supporting the store. All I was asking this lady is to exchange it bc it looked horrible and my niece loved her necklace.She said they don’t have exchanges and I would have to purchase another one with a discount. She was no help!!! I took the necklace back and told her Kendra Scott just lost a good customer just bc she didn’t want to help me. I’m sad that my Kendra Scott collection will end bc of bad management. It’s expensive jewelry and they should at least give a one time exchange . Don’t buy jewelry here bc it won’t last beautiful and management doesn’t help……

got a ring for my girlfriend and asked to make sure it was real silver and the lady working there said yes, 2 weeks later the ring is turning brown my my gf skin green. i searched up the specific ring i got and its not even silver, it is brass showered in rhodium, not even silver like i had asked.

Drove from another county to visit this store in hopes to find my daughter a Valentine’s Day gift and I did. The sales associate named Crystal helped me pick out a set and made sure I got a gift receipt in case my daughter wants to exchange it. She was able to narrow down my choices once I explained what my daughter likes and her age. I chose a pink heart set. The cashier gift wrapped my products nicely and I was given candy too. Overall i had a great experience.

Excellent shopping experience at the Plaza mall with Victoria. Very knowledgeable. Very great help. Came back to the store to buy my daughters a Valentines gift and Lupita was amazing and helping deliver the special holiday

Today, I came in wondering if I could return or exchange a necklace that was gifted to me, which broke as soon as I took it out of the package. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me, but he wore a crop top and was on the heavier side. From the start, he was very unfriendly, which confused me because I was being nice and respectful. His coworker mentioned that he could exchange the necklace, but the guy insisted on fixing it and was a bit rude to his coworker. Although he did fix it for me, my visit was quite unpleasant. I hope he has a better day next time, as taking frustrations out on customers isn't acceptable.

I had an amazing experience with Ronny. I usually never buy anything for myself and she helped me a lot and l was very patient with me. I went in with the intentions of getting a basic necklace for my birthday and I ended up buying a custom, heart shaped ring with my birth stone and I’m obsessed with it!

I was warmly welcomed by Stephanie, even though I initially came off a bit rude. Despite that, she remained polite and cheerful. When I needed help finding a birthday gift, she assisted me in creating a set at the color bar. Stephanie was incredibly helpful, showing me the different colors and giving her opinions to help me decide. Our interaction was delightful; we chatted and laughed throughout. Thanks to her, I had a great experience, and the birthday girl loved her present! If you need help shopping there, look for Stephanie.

I am usually not one to voice any customer service. But I felt like I needed to emphasize my recent trip into this store. My daughter wanted a particular stone and there wasn’t any left. The sales staff girl who helped me went all over the store to see if she could find that stone and then went into the back for a few minutes. She was able to locate the stone and quickly made the pieces I needed. I think she could tel I was agitated because it took longer than I would have liked, but she engaged in conversation and even made sure to wrap up the gift nicely for me. I asked for her name because I needed to give the much deserved shoutout. So if anyone ever needs major help when looking for a gift, make sure to ask for the sales associate named Crystal. She really made my experience.

Went to my local Kendra Scott store at La Plaza Mall. This place is always busy, but the employees are quick and helpful with customers. Very satisfied with my purchase; and happy with service received. Employees are helpful and always try to help the customers.

Finally was able to give my daughter her birthday gift, she loved it! I was originally going to return a pair of earrings and take the store credit, but the young lady that helped me showed me a complimentary piece that elevated the earrings they were supposed to go with. I believe her name is Lizzie or Leslie tall, braces, white and black hair. I took additional pieces for myself that I hadn’t seen and loved the combo options she gave me. If there was a survey for employees I would absolutely write on her commendable customer skills. I ended up purchasing the wrangler bracelet too since she explained how the proceeds go to FFA students, as an FFA parent I know the time and energy that each student puts in. Thank you Kendra Scott for working with our students! What I really want to underline is how Leslie talked to me, she took her time to ask questions and made me feel like I was more than just another customer in the store. Employees like her make a customer want to come back, she remembered my daughters heifer and at some point without me knowing slipped a yellow card that says “Wishing you and Spike the best of luck at market and RGVLS.” My family and I are thankful for treating us like valued guests/friends, this token and small touch are not without notice. -FFA Proud Mom

Went by this weekend, and there was a line to shop. It’s fine, don’t mind. I was greeted by most of the employees and didn’t need help at the time they offered. When I was ready, they were all busy which I understand. What got me was the cashier. He was rude and I felt he was annoyed that he had to grab my item from display. The eye roll was unnecessary from him. I think I made it worse because I did not make eye contact I did not mean to but when he was coming back to the register after grabbing my item, he had a long camel toe with the tights. It hapoens To all of us but I got uncomfortable and was embarrassed that I noticed so I did not want to meet his eyes incase he noticed. Overall my experience was below mediocre

I have purchased from this location 3 times and every single time I have been treated rudely. One of the times I was asking an associate for a necklace for my daughter. He literally walked away as I was still talking and got the necklace when he was done chitchatting. When he gave me the necklace he didn’t even answer the rest of my questions but instead went to ask someone else if they needed help. On a previous visit the associate just looked me up and down and kind of laughed and kept chasing me around the store. When asked if she needed something her response was I’m just keeping an eye. The only reason I continued to purchase is because my daughter loves this jewelry, but I’ve decided I will no longer give them my business just to be looked down on.
