Went to my local Kendra Scott store at La Plaza Mall. This place is always busy, but the employees are quick and helpful with customers. Very satisfied with my purchase; and happy with service received. Employees are helpful and always try to help the customers.

Finally was able to give my daughter her birthday gift, she loved it! I was originally going to return a pair of earrings and take the store credit, but the young lady that helped me showed me a complimentary piece that elevated the earrings they were supposed to go with. I believe her name is Lizzie or Leslie tall, braces, white and black hair. I took additional pieces for myself that I hadn’t seen and loved the combo options she gave me. If there was a survey for employees I would absolutely write on her commendable customer skills. I ended up purchasing the wrangler bracelet too since she explained how the proceeds go to FFA students, as an FFA parent I know the time and energy that each student puts in. Thank you Kendra Scott for working with our students! What I really want to underline is how Leslie talked to me, she took her time to ask questions and made me feel like I was more than just another customer in the store. Employees like her make a customer want to come back, she remembered my daughters heifer and at some point without me knowing slipped a yellow card that says “Wishing you and Spike the best of luck at market and RGVLS.” My family and I are thankful for treating us like valued guests/friends, this token and small touch are not without notice. -FFA Proud Mom

Went by this weekend, and there was a line to shop. It’s fine, don’t mind. I was greeted by most of the employees and didn’t need help at the time they offered. When I was ready, they were all busy which I understand. What got me was the cashier. He was rude and I felt he was annoyed that he had to grab my item from display. The eye roll was unnecessary from him. I think I made it worse because I did not make eye contact I did not mean to but when he was coming back to the register after grabbing my item, he had a long camel toe with the tights. It hapoens To all of us but I got uncomfortable and was embarrassed that I noticed so I did not want to meet his eyes incase he noticed. Overall my experience was below mediocre

I have purchased from this location 3 times and every single time I have been treated rudely. One of the times I was asking an associate for a necklace for my daughter. He literally walked away as I was still talking and got the necklace when he was done chitchatting. When he gave me the necklace he didn’t even answer the rest of my questions but instead went to ask someone else if they needed help. On a previous visit the associate just looked me up and down and kind of laughed and kept chasing me around the store. When asked if she needed something her response was I’m just keeping an eye. The only reason I continued to purchase is because my daughter loves this jewelry, but I’ve decided I will no longer give them my business just to be looked down on.

I’m going to start off by saying I was ready to call customer service to complain. I went in for a return but the girl that helped me, Lizzie said she couldn’t do it because the person who gave it to me got it in September. I don’t know the policies so how was I supposed to know the days for a return. I’m going to say I was rude to her, I cussed her out but she never changed her personality or lose her temper. i had another item to return, and I was still upset but she still helped me even though I treated her bad. She tried every way to find the purchase and we finally found it. This is what made me stop wanting to call customer service. She continued to help me, never changed her attitude and I was super surprised how calm she was. There was a long line outside and only 2-3 employees including Lizzie. She ended up helping 8 people, i counted them just incase she messed up so I could tell customer service too but she was quick with the people and the way she had people at the stones listening to her was wow. She’d excuse herself and go to the other, then to the other and she had another group and she explained white in this way that made me get a pair too. I’m not sure if she’s a manager because of the way she was, if you heard a manager voice like confident that’s the way she spoke. If she’s not, she’s probably a leader because she kept looking around to see who was coming in and out too. I used to intercept surveys so I paid attention to a lot things. If you need help getting an item, or if you just have questions look for her. She listens, understands, and makes your experience feel like your talking to a friend. I shared something personal with her and the answer she gave me was genuine with care in the way she talked. She could’ve treated me differently because of the way I treated her but she was professional and kept checking up on me when I walked the store to look for things. This McAllen locatoon needs more work when it comes to customer service. I was very disappointed with the cashier who rang me up. His attitude was unfriendly and snooty. Most of the girls there could use a training on customer service; unwelcoming, unfriendly, and arrogant. I will continue to buy my Kendra Scott from Citas in Harlingen, Weslaco, and Brownsville. But this was the first and last time from this location.

Customers service reps act very snooty. I brought in broken earrings and they didn’t replace any of them because they aren’t made anymore. That’s ok, but the higher than thou attitude is unnecessary. It’s your earrings that are broken/rusted not me! FYI- some of us like to own our earrings longer than one year. I was told that I could walk around and look while they “cleaned” a pair. No, thanks. I don’t want anything from Kendra anymore.

I just need to start by saying a MASSIVE thank you to Eduardo! I had been eyeing a diamond and was a very big purchase for me. He made the experience feel so personal and one on one. He sold me my beautiful Michelle pendant and I will forever cherish it. He was amazing and hope to shop with him very soon great customer service, great employee!

Amazing Customer Service! Me and my wife came in with no clue about the stores merchandise. Kate was awesome! We went in on Saturday looking for birthday & work gifts. She was amazing at showing us what would work best for gifts even got a little something for myself from the mens. Kate was super kind and a friendly sales associate. She kindly asked for us to leave a review and if you make my wife happy, I’m going to spend my money. Definitely would come back for Christmas gifts!!!

The worst customer service and liars and I will NEVER come back. I was looking for a specific item and this location is AN HOUR AWAY. So I called ahead and spoke to Jane who said they would hold an item for me (was rude about it but I let it go) and I called back a second time and spoke to Lynn to confirm item on hold and let them know the specific time I would come pick up my item. I drive an hour to get to this location and arrive half an hour ahead of schedule only to be told by Lynn they gave my item to someone else. I asked for corporate number and walked out. They offered no apology or solution.

Terrible customer service! I love the store and we are regular customers. I love the store in Houston and other places but this one in McAllen is real bad. Terrible. I agree with the other people talking about having you wait outside even if there’s very few people inside. Also when you bring a piece of jewelry that has gone bad, they give you a hard time to replace it. So disappointed with the employees in this store.
