The lady I bought the 2 recliners from was easy to work with & very apologetic for the problems we had. The “problem” was at the time of purchase we had told them we would be back in on Friday to pickup the two chairs. There was not a load out person around to help so the lady & us two 70 some seniors loaded the chairs. One would think that arrangements would be made to have someone there. Besides I ordered an Espresso colored chair & when got home and took it out of box it was called Mahogany a color much darker color. Too much hassle to return it!!!!

My husband and I went into La-Z-Boy in McAllen to look at their recliners. We were met with friendly and professional staff. It was so refreshing being able to see, test, and ask questions without feeling rushed. Not only did we leave the store with a recliner but also a living room chair. We are returning customers because of not only their friendly, helpful and professional staff but for their quality merchandise. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy McAllen.

Was more than happy to purchase another of their recliners. Try the Gibson real comfortable for taller folks. Went with rocking and added the swivel.

I have always wanted a La-Z-Boy, but never thought I would own one. However, they had some great deals and some of the best customer service I have ever had when dealing with furniture stores. I was never pressured and always accommodated. I now own my first set of Laz-B-Boy furniture and couldn't be happier!!

We scheduled a service call to have our sofa/recliner serviced. Service department promptly scheduled and sent a technician to come, but all they did was come and pickup the $140 service call fee. This was on November 29, 2021. Technician told us he'd call back with price of motor and estimate on labor cost. We never received a call back. I called him two weeks later and he informed us he was waiting on service department for information. I then called service department on December 12 and Joanne told me she would get with technician and that either he or she would call me back. It's now February 2022 and we still haven't heard back from anyone. Is La-Z-Boy in business of just collecting service call fees from customers with no intention of ever servicing them? Customers be ware!
