Labcorp always performs my bloodwork very professionally. Very courteous and very friendly. I like their check-in system. Checking in from my car and given the option to stay in the car or sit in the lobby is a plus.

No customer service at all. The self check in for several elderly people was very confusing and frustrating. No staff present to help. Had 7 am appointment, not seen till almost 8 am. Will not use labcorp again if possible.

Service too slow. Need more staff and a receptionist.Also, nurse guy really hurt my arm when taking blood. He didnt wait for alcohol to dry when he wiped the area and cause pain throughout my whole left arm. Not sure I wanna come back to this facility in Mcallen on Ridge.
