The person who took my daughter's blood sample was wearing gloves and helped someone register on the screen in the waiting room. They then returned to attend to my daughter without changing their gloves. I don't know if this is standard procedure, but the place didn't seem hygienic, sanitized, or professional.

They were super fast I came in 20 mins before my appointment because I thought it would take a while, I checked in & 5 mins later they called me and treated me very good .I recommend to have an appointment:)
