This location in the mall has the worst customer service I just walked in wanting to look for an Oakley as I reach for one I say “sorry excuse me” and the employee starts getting all rude saying “don’t stand behind me I don’t like people behind me” I just replied “then don’t have the caps behind you” he started getting angry and said “you need to learn respect” I let him know “I do know how to respect I just can’t respect you now” then he kindly asked me to leave the storeIt was a very uncomfortable situation and I’m not sure if like to shop there anymore or any of my family members/freinds

Horrible service new shop location in front of build a bear in the plaza mall mcallen. the guy never help us or the rest of other people in line he was to busy fighting with embroidery machine and ignored every one took my business elsewhere where you are valued as a customer.

This Lids Location is the CAPITAL of BAD customer service !!! The girl employee approached me as soon as I walked in the business and advised me I couldn't go in with a closed drink. For that approached they lost a 300-400 sale that I was going to get my friends and family. Not only they lost this day, but for ever !! I used to generate a lot of business to this Location NOT no MORE !!! Good thing there is other great stores at the Mall with BETTER customer service and conditions !!!! 12/12/23 5:30-6:00pm.

On Saturday November 18 2023 I walked in with my family to Lids Located at 2200 s 10th street McAllen Tx 78503 seeking to purchase caps as gifts for my dad’s birthday since he loves caps and loves the quality that you guys carry. I decided to purchase two caps. Upon paying I had no signal so had to connect to the Mall's wifi. On the first attempt I accidentally entered the wrong pin. The employee assisting me at that moment was patient enough as they too seemed to be having connection problems. We proceeded to try again but did not go thru due to system issues on their end. We tried a 3rd time and the transaction went thru for a total amount of 77.92. The employee at that time said that it didn’t come thru on their end which he then proceeded to seek another employee's help. She comes and says that it didn’t come thru. I explained that the money did get deducted on my end and showed her where it said the transaction was “completed”. She insisted it didn’t ,and so I asked what was I going to do if it did show on my end as “completed” . I then went to say that maybe it was a system issue on their end since when they showed me the payment pin pad it had a “system error” message. She did not attempt to refresh or re-start the system. Before leaving I asked to speak to the manager to which she responded she was the assistant manager I asked for her name so I could call and follow up once I spoke to my bank. She proceeded to say “I am not gonna give you my name” I asked again if she could give me her name and she insisted she would not give her name and refused to even direct me to the manager to which I had to walk up to the front to ask for the manager. Mind you I had my baby in my arms and was back and forth just trying to find a solution. I finally speak to the manager Raul and asked for a type of solution to which all he proceeded to do was check the transactions and said nothing came thru. My family and I decided to leave since we were just getting frustrated at the lack of management and solution problem we were offered. We decided to go back after about 20 minutes to see if there was an update on their end. To which I asked my husband to go into the store since I didn’t feel like going thru that whole issue again. The assistant manager to which my husband had no interaction with before refused to even acknowledge him only said to wait for the manager which had stepped out. She didn’t have to refuse to help my husband since the one talking to her when the issue first started was me. We wait for the manager to come back to which all he does once again is check the transactions and decides there is nothing more he could do. He did not ask for my name and number to follow up with us maybe tomorrow once he can actually print out all the transactions for the day. I have personally been in a role where people and costumers come to me for answers and help and never have refused to give my name or not even try and find out a solution to their problem. Overall I just want this to get clarified. Personally I had a rough week working with patients since I do work in health care and costumer service and experience is priority for me. I was just seeking quality time with my family and was excited to be able to get something for my dad since he has helped us out so much and we only left with out a gift, with out any solutions and with 77.92 dollars less.

Girl working at store on 5/10/23 at about 11:30 a.m demonstrated terrible customer service. I was the only person in the store and it took about 10 minutes before asking if I needed any help and then her help was not that great at all.she had a terrible attitude and was more interested with her phone rather than helping me choose the correct fitting hat.i should have walked out but I really wanted to get a blank hat with my grandsons team logo embroidered on it.well I spent about $45 and now I have a hat that I'm not happy with.

WORST PLACE EVER THEY GIVE YOU A PRICE THEY TELL YOU YOUR HAT IS READY IN 2-3 DAYS YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM THAT THE HAT IS READY FOR PICK UP YOU GO TO THE STORE AN PICK UP WHAT YOU BOUGHT AND THEY SAY OHH YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE HAT AND PAY TO STICH THE HAT SOOOO WHAT DID I PAY FOR ??
