About Lineage
Lineage is known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the polite service, with many noting that they received quick dock assignments and prompt unloading after their appointments. However, there are concerns about the check-in and check-out process, which can take 45 minutes to an hour or more, especially during busy times. While some visitors enjoy perks like food and shirts during special events, others express frustration over long wait times and suggest improvements, such as using an app to streamline operations. Overall, Lineage offers a pleasant experience, but efficiency could be enhanced.
