I've Got loaded 1000lbs overweight , came back with scale ticket and its been 4 hours still waiting at the door to get it fixed. Bs place and people as always.

Arrived one hour before appt. Reefer running at -10F (outside 92$). After waiting 3 hours they started and got loaded in 45 min. Total took 4 hours.

Can’t say for others but for MY experience it was great. Appt was for 16:30, got here for 15:51, and I was out for 16:55. When checking in make sure you have your DOT#.

Prepare to sit and wait for hours to be loaded … worst shipper I’ve ever been to this place needs to be looked into. How are they still in business.

Front doesn’t really begin operations until 9am. Be weary with your broker about appt times, myself and another driver had to pay a fee due to a rescheduling we weren’t aware of. It was over $400. Besides that easy to maneuver and fast to load. They’ll come out to open doors and put a lock on your red line.

Been here about 4 times. In and out within reasonable time. They have coffee at the check-in area and a vending machine. DOT/MC number required for check in.

This place is very slow check in 10 am for 1130 appointment time 4 hours after my appointment and they haven't even started loading me yet

There you have to arrive at 8 am so they can unload you at 5 pm if that goes well for you.

One of the many worst places to be able to load, if you arrive outside of loading hours, they charge you a penalty of 603 dollars supposedly because your load is ready and in my case the loading time was for 9, I arrived at 11 and it was already 5 in the afternoon and they haven't given me the door, I don't think I can give them any stars.
