I LOVE this location! I went in looking for help on a shade match, I had previously got one done at Ulta and I explained I wasn’t really too satisfied with it. Destinee helped me out and she was SO amazing! I asked her for advice on powder and concealer as well, plus she suggested to me this beautiful blush shade. I really enjoyed her friendliness, warmth, and overall amazing attitude. It was a perfect experience, I’m so happy with everything. I highly recommend!

I was driving in from Houston, TX and called ahead of time and spoke to Nicole who was extremely kind and helpful over the phone despite of me calling on Black Friday, she took the time to explain everything in detail Re: me calling for a make up appt. On Sat 11/30 when I stopped by I was able to meet her, she did my make up and was beyond my expectations. She's so nice, helpful, sweet, despite of being in the middle of doing my make up she took the time to help out every customer that walked by and explained Re: the 30% specials and kept me in the loop should she get busy. Great job Nicole and thanks for my great make up and MAC for a great employee.

I had a wonderful experience at this MAC counter! As a dark brown girl, I’ve struggled with technicians just throwing me in the darkest shade without taking into account undertones, pigmentation differences, etc but Alexandra and Krissy really took the time to make sure I found my perfect foundation shade. Alexandra even went to their sister store down the hall to grab the blush I fell in love with ? I am so excited to try out my new makeup and am looking forward to working with again soon ❤️

Mac inside Dillards has a horrible costumer service. I have been there 4 times, and the 4 times the costumer service was BAD. There was 5 people working there, My mom and i where the only clients in the store, and we had to ask if someone can help us.. they only called each other but none came. This is the first review i write! Because this was bad.
