I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and the Service is Excellent. I send packages to relatives in Mexico once a month and everything always arrives safely. Do not use this company, this company uses Estafeta for shipments. My sister-in-law who lives in McAllen, Texas sent me some bags to Querétaro. A whole week passed and the package did not appear on the Estafeta tracking page. My sister-in-law started talking to them on the phone, the man who always answered her was very rude and could never tell her where the package was or when it would arrive in Querétaro. For my part, I sent them many messages on WhatsApp and they also couldn't give me information.
I don't usually write comments on Google, but this time I am doing it because I don't want other people to have the same experience. Today is 2 weeks and 1 day since they sent me the package and it still hasn't arrived. If you use this company you will regret it.
The very cynical still dares to deny my comments from yesterday.
Now it turns out that Covid-19 is to blame for this man being RUDE AND SARCASTIC telling my sister-in-law that he was going to put up a sign saying that the shipment “would take 6 months” so that people would not be asking for information about his shipments, in other words 'so that they would not bother him'. What this man does not understand is that thanks to our shipments he has a job.
My sister-in-law delivered the package to them on Thursday, April 8 precisely because they told us that on Thursdays they delivered the packages to Estafeta, since it took 9 days for this bunch of incompetent people to deliver it to Estafeta so that it could finally be in the tracking system . I think I owe Estafeta an apology because after 5 days of shipping they told me that they had not delivered anything and that I should contact Mailboxes USA Estafeta.
Yesterday the package finally arrived and when I opened the box I realized that some vitamins that my sister-in-law had sent were missing. Regarding this question, I cannot confirm if they stole the vitamins or if they were confiscated when the package went through customs, EVERYTHING else is true.
