McAllen's Cigar Bar offers great food, including amazing tacos, wings, chips and queso, and bacon cheese fries. The staff is friendly, attentive, and on point, providing very good service with little waiting time. The atmosphere includes outdoor picnic tables for smoking, as indoor smoking is no longer allowed. They are strict about checking ID. It is a place to have a great time, relax, and be a regular adult, though some find the music and atmosphere less appealing.
