Horrible experience as a longtime customer. The manager butted into a conversation and stated its a policy that she doesn't have to give her name. I failed a complaint and someone from corporate will contact me. Customer Services stated she is required to provide her name to the customer so the manager shouldn't be working in an environment where the customer feels lUncomfortable since the store Manger was unprofessional. Hopefully, she will lose her job or they will lose me as a customer.

I bought a phone as a gift. I told them it was a gift.They turned it on, out MY name in it, set a bunch of settings I didn't want causing me to have to immediately factory reset it, and they took of the screen protector film, and put it in the case.They did not ask or care. I'm highly disgusted at this woman and her blatant disregard for customers while the other two staff members follow her around like slaves.Save yourself sanity and go far far away from this store!

Went to upgrade my device, the salesperson was new and didn't seem to know what she was doing. After 50 min (during my lunch break!) of waiting, she still couldn't figure out how to set up a SmartPay account. I left and forgot my ID, went back 4 hours later to find that they LOST MY ID!!
