I didn't like going in to the motel and two employees chilling out behind the desk while there was a big puddle of vomit at the entrance and trash overflowing. After reserving the room
no refund cancellation advised elevator was out.
Employee said we had got a cheap rate so no accommodation was given even though customers had to climb 2 flight of stairs. Also, no one was seen working on the elevator to get it working the day we were there. The stair well was filthy and trash on steps. No drawers in room. No refrigerator and microwave either. One of the fire sprinklers was protruding out from the ceiling and didn't look connected.
Once again, there is no working elevator, and based on reviews, it hasn’t been functional since November 2024. Even back then, guests reported serious issues: the floor numbers didn’t light up, and one reviewer said they were afraid to step inside due to how unreliable it was.
You would think that by now, it would have either been repaired or replaced, especially since the property is still being advertised online as having an elevator.

This is definitely the nicest Motel 6 we have stayed at. The hotel is clean and has a wonderful ambiance. The staff is so helpful and friendly. We had a semi getting repairs,so 2 days turned into 5. Victor was extremely helpful making sure we didn't have to keep changing rooms on a day by day. The cleaning staff does a great job. Cassie is an absolute joy. Thank you to everyone here for making our stay a delightful adventure ✨️

Everything about our stay was great. The service provided by danny and other staff was wonderful. The front desk is always nice and quick to help with any questions. The morning coffee is most definitely worth it, they have from tea to hot chocolate and of course coffee.

Right next to freeway,so there was traffic noise. The staff was great . All were friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea service was nice.

Housekeeper really unprofessional unnecessary to announce to everybody that we ask for extra towels when we stayed their 5 days on a vacation will not be returning really noisy so you will get woken up in the middle of the night and be careful with your property might get damaged. People in the front desk very polite, friendly, respectful and professional no complaints there.

Company refuses to issues refund on a mistake. I notified the property of mistake they did not want to issue a refund. I understand they have a policy but how can you keep the money of a booking that was not utilized. Very disappointing and greedy.

Staff is awesome ?? friendly and very outgoing!! It's a great place to be fast and convenient to your daily needs
Rooms: Cleanliness is next level
Nearby activities: Top golf ,main event, and u can't forget to go to eat at smokin'moon
Walkability: Lotta banks and restaurants and cameras make u feel safe
Food & drinks: Multiple fast food spots ....Freddy's,raising Cane's ,sonic, Jack in box , Whataburger, don't recommend churches.

Rooms: Se escucha mucho ruido toda la noche,no hay shampoo ni acondicionador,crema cosas básicas, la cama tenía cabellos y una toalla de baño estaba sucia, había un olor extraño,deberían usar difusores de aroma,no había máquina de refrescos funcionando en el segundo piso,el elevador da miedo( hace mucho ruido y movimientos bruscos)

Very good place to stay, very clean, affordable prices and very good location. The only detail is that they do not provide shampoo, conditioner or body cream, so if you are going to stay there, bring your personal hygiene items.
