He didn’t just “do his job” — he took ownership of making sure every single detail was handled so that my move was as smooth as possible.
What really impressed me was how proactive and organized he was. Dave even set up meeting reminders so we could coordinate every step, knowing I was moving across the state and had a local stop along the way. That extra thoughtfulness made all the difference and kept everything on track without me feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
