Has some parts but real bad customer service. I was waiting in line and a person came in and jumped in front of me to sell her products to the employees. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes and was not helped. I rather keep buying the parts online

It’s always the same thing when I go, I buy a new truck with new parts and they never want to help out really poor communication they always want you out of there. I didn’t think, I would add this but, the workers prefer to fix or add parts to the highest bidder

Employee Hector from 10th st has very bad customer service. The whole time I needed help to find a sprocket he was on his phone and kept saying he didn’t know on questions I had. He said he was to busy to help my son and I. Very rude as well. Worst customer service experience ever. Management needs to train their employees better.

Bad labor prices, great place to find your Traxxas parts BUT DONT let them work on your RC because if you did not buy the rc with them, they will charge you an arm and a leg for any little work they do and also bad management treatment (owner)
