My car needed oil and the worker there missed him for not having much experience, I had to call a tow truck but since it was night I asked the manager to give me the opportunity to leave the car for a night or two and he was very rude. I am a 48 year old woman and weigh 115 pounds. He told me that he would push the car... that it was not that heavy and move it to the last spot in the parking lot. Of course I can't do that alone, I told him. And he cynically told me that he was happy to let me leave him for one night.
