O'Reilly Auto Parts is a very good spare parts store selling quality products with good costs and guarantees that are respected. The staff is attentive and provides excellent, top notch service, helping customers with what they need and even assisting with installation. While one experience involved an unknowledgeable employee ordering wrong parts, another employee went out of his way to ensure the correct parts were provided. Overall, customers report being happy and satisfied with the service.

I had occasion to go to O'Reilley on 1329 East Nolana yesterday February 20. I was having a battery that had gone dead and was uncertain what type of battery that I needed. Santos and the staff were extremely helpful!!! Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
