From the valley but live in San Antonio. Drove down just to get my work done at Oscar’s. Great install and customer service. Small install but they took their time to make it clean and tune it with my head unit.

just had some audio equipment installed in my truck. very friendly and courteous people. from the moment you walk in theyre there ready to help you. they have good prices and they actually know what they're talking about. the salesman that took care of what I needed to put in my truck gave me great insight and helped me make a better decision .had to wait for 3 hrs but worth it. the guy that did the installation took me out to listen to the system before they took the truck out and actually showed me where the best settings were. that alone is worth the money I spent and feel completely satisfied with my experience at Oscars Soundwaves.

Too high in prices and the cashier lady is so rude with the costumers ,i went to buy some stuf for my project and receive a very bad attention from that old lady , definitely never go again to buy anything.

Great customer service, very nice people and good prices!! Glad I went to Oscar's Soundwaves instead of the competitor down the street!! They were just trying to make a sale without taking the time to actually ask what I was looking for and at Soundwaves they actually took the time to ask what I wanted and explain what were the best options for me!!!

So I took my Expedition in and had an amp and sub installed and had a great conversation with Oscar, the way you went all out in satisfying all my needs was extremely appreciated, I know there were some issues that we ran into but cannot be more appreciative in the way you handled them and took the time to contact me and help fix all the issues that were found.
