I dont know what it is with the customer service at this place. I wrote a review for carter's which is connected to this place and said I would never go back. Well years later I decide to try it again. No one in the store but my daughter and I. We had the luxury of trying on some bathing suits since she is growing and I don't know what size she exactly is. The only employee working sees that I grabbed a pair of flip flops on sale, goes over and yanks the sale sign off and remarks that they are now regular price and sing songs to me that maybe I "should've got them when they were hot"
I ended up putting them back.
When I went to check out, she pretended not to see me. I stood there while she was pretending to write on some paper. I got tired of waiting, so I put my merchandise that I wanted to buy on her desk. She finally rang me up.
This place needs to work on their customer service. The clothes are great and I'm grateful they have up to a size 14 in kids clothing but man is it weird to have to put up with rudeness.

Horrible customer service. Went to exchange sandals that didn’t fit my daughter and they refused, despite me having receipt and sandals never been warn with tags. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Spend your money elsewhere. Where they know how to treat their customers.Update: Went to other location where they gladly accepted the return without any issues. Avoid this location with inept employees.
