The customer service was by far the best we have ever recievied. We have purchased many vehicles before; but this was hands down the easiest and best transaction. The salesman were wonderful as well as the finance team! Would definitely reccomend!

I can’t rave enough about this dealership. Tom Correa is absolutely the best at what he does! Not only did he and his staff provide me with above and beyond customer service, he kept me informed every step of the process, and even followed up after our purchase to see how the vehicle was doing and if we were satisfied. JP was also an awesome salesman. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I wanted a reliable pre owned vehicle that I could count on and that’s exactly what I received. The plus side was how hassle free the process was and how easy the financing process was and that was the case even for a friend who had challenging credit. Yes!! He got her financing with her credit within minutes AND a good interest rate for her situation. I can honestly say that Tom and his team will be my go to vehicle sales team. Thank you Tom, JP, and staff. We are forever thankful and grateful for you all and this experience.

The purchasing process was easy like in any dealership with a decent credit score you will come out with a vehicle.
I had specified certain features for the vehicle I was looking for waited a whole week for them to have it ready for me which became very frustrating and decided I would take the vehicle back when the sales guy, Reynaldo, told me he was doing me a “favor” and since a week had gone by I could no longer cancel the contract! I’m paying over $41k for this vehicle you’re definitely not doing me no favor any salesman will do anything to sell a car to get the it commission. I had to call the bank who I was financing with to verify the contract could no longer be cancelled which was a complete lie because I have 60 days to cancel the contract. The way they went about wanting to get rid of me and just accept a vehicle I was not happy was very disappointing. I had to tell them I have 60 days to cancel the contract in order for them to fix the problem. It was a very disappointing experience. First time customer and definitely won’t be going there again.

This is THE dealership my whole family uses for our vehichles..we made a mistake by going to bert ogden Nissan for a truck and got screwed ..But Tomas at payne Mcoll is such a Gentelman and a great asset to have on your side..because of him we have always gotten the vehicle we have always wanted ..if anyone can get u into the car u want it will be him...!!!!!!!

The manager, Tom, was quite rude. While he was trying to help my boyfriend and I explore our options to find a good vehicle, he made a sexist joke towards me. He was talking about how Broncos are great cars for us because they have the lane drift alert. He stated in a rather serious tone, “well, that would be good feature for your car when she decides to drive!” We did not find that as funny.
While I normally don’t take those remarks to heart, it was very unprofessional. That was not the time nor the place to make sexist remarks, considering we were planning on buying an expensive car from them.

Let me start off by saying that while I do appreciate them bringing the vehicle for delivery, there are many things that I simply can't ignore.
When these folks delivered the vehicle to me, the manager I believe it was, informed me that he would do something to my dog on my own property with a "tough guy" attitude. I'm not sure if he was joking or not but either way this was completely unprofessional.
I ensured that this dealer had everything paperwork wise from the very beginning regarding my bank financing the vehicle and even texted them this information. The manager acted as if he never received it even though he reread the text message back to me. When he realized I had sent it to him, he just brushed it off and said my bank was at fault because they sent everything. My bank informed me that they had not provided any details regarding the dealer or the vehicle to which I had to provide my bank with in order to get the process going since this dealer didn't do so.
The running board was said to get fixed right away and would get the part ordered. I have been trying to see if this has been done for the past 22 days and I cannot for the life of me get an update whatsoever. I tried calling several times and no one is able to pick up the phone. Perhaps they are busy but each time I call? Almost like if I'm being ghosted.
There was a GPS tracking device installed on this vehicle that I was not notified about. Because the vehicle only came with one key, I had to purchase a separate one, took it to my local Ford dealer (since I can't get a hold of this dealer whatsoever), they noticed the tracking device and informed me that this usually causes issues with the Body Control Module and may be the reason the running board itself started to have issues. The GPS company had called me regarding their procedure, if they notice the gps is no longer present, battery low or wires cut off, they would give me a call. The GPS has been out of the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a call. Just an fyi, this is more than likely a tracking device to repo it if you don't make a payment and charge you for it without realizing it!
I called the Hidalgo county registration place to see what the status is of my license plate transfer is coming along since I have disabled veterans plates. They informed me that it doesn't appear that this dealer has done any of the paperwork to fulfill it yet. I asked if perhaps they've done it but just taking a bit, they assured me that they are up to date currently and they would see if the taxes of the vehicle has been paid so that the transfer can happen. It has not.
Overall, this place had the vehicle I was looking for at the price I was also looking for. I had no problems providing everything they required right off the bat to make things as easy as possible. This dealer will not do the same for you once they take your money. My overall experience with this place is completely horrible from start to finish and I should have just purchased the other vehicle I had in mind from another dealership.
