Took my 3 year old Rottie to Fernando for grooming services. He did so well with him and ensured he was comfortable. He put all my worries at ease and made sure I was comfortable as well. We even got him a bully stick on the way out. I would definitely recommend his services and will be bringing King back any time we’re in town!!

Amazing service especially in grooming. My dog is a miniature french poodle and very volatile but the groomer, Fernando Melo, handled him with with ease. He even let us watch while he groomed my dog, so my dog felt more comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

Fernando did an extraordinary job with my dog, honey. He explained with details of what he was going to do to her, and he also called me while working in her to keep me informed of what he was doing and how my dog was responding. He took time in his day to accommodate my honey and gave me follow-up advice. Thank you so much for taking in my honey and helping her out as much as you could.

First time customer, I spoke to Fernando about my Dre & my concerns. Pet Max exceeded my expectations! Fernando very polite and patient with my Dre. He explained very well to me, what needed to be done with my bully. Dre came out smelling so good. 10/10 I highly recommend Pet Max to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Watched this store grow over the last year into what it is today! Love seeing local business flourish! Now they have grooming so I'm there! Fernando cut both my dogs and did a better job than my old place, which charged twice as much. Kudos to Fernando and this great pet store!

As a first time customer, I spoke to Fernando about my furr baby & my concerns. And let me tell you Pet Max definitely exceeded my expectations! Fernando was very patient & very knowledgeable. Not only did my furr baby come out looking & smelling spectacular but I could tell she was in good hands! She was happy & very well taken care of. If you are looking for a place to take you fur baby groomed I most definitely recommend Pet Max! I even came home with vitamins specifically for my furr baby breed/weight. 10 out 10!

Took my 2 Shelties here for their first grooming service and they were absolutely amazing. They explained services and catered to what my dog needed since they are double coated dogs. My dogs came out looking fresh and so handsome. Fernando was very polite and even gave them a bag of treats to take home. Their attention to detail will have me coming back.
