I came to buy some fish and I was standing by the fish for over 5 minutes after I told one of the 2 girls that were at the same register I needed help. I ended up walking out. Horrible

The products are good but I'm having a hell of a time getting a refund from signing up for three training classes for my dog I had to cancel two of them and it's going to take me a lot longer to get my refund back because I tried to go through afterpay It's just a big mess and they charge way too much money to do just a bath and trim nails

I take my mini pinscher to get her nails trimmed. Not expensive at all and staff is friendly. Super hassle free

Are you kidding me?? I found 5 dead fish and to the point of decomposition. You can see the flesh falling apart to the point the water is yellow! Just how long had they been dead???!?! If anything I think the rumors are true that petsmart discriminates their animals very often. THIS IS JUST CRUEL.
