Packages arrive extremely damaged. Warehouse is not clean and up to osha standards. They stack the tv’s on top of each other when they know they shouldn’t. They put extremely heavy merchandise on top of the tv’s. That why everyone writes bad reviews of their tv’s being received in a damaged condition. Extremely poor management skills.

Giving them a one star is being generous.My bed was ordered three weeks ago and only one attempt at delivery was made. I was not called for a notification as they claim and they left nothing in my front door stating the attempted delivery. The delivery guy did have time to take pictures of the flag in my front yard but not to call or leave a note.

After waiting for more than a month for the TV to arrived, this is how it arrived. From Dallas, TX amazon warehouse to the RGV.. TV when around all the U.S. to Chicago, IL, then back to the RGV after per the emails. Tracking was a joke. I do not recommend this shipping carrier services. To bad Amazon is using them.

Ordered something online and they where doing the freight/delivery ,lost the package called them they didn't know where it was and said they will get back to me, never called so i called them again and supposedly it was on it's way. i ordered the package 2 weeks ago , reason i went with them was cause they would deliver faster and 50 dollar shipping sounded reasonable. Horrible customer service do not recommend.
