Best place up to date the boss isn't greedy loves to be fair with prices.Definetly recommended for selling or buying don't go to pawnshops go to this business.I usually sell my silver here great deals I'm always satisfied.Monday going to sell some gold at spot price they respect spot prices.

My only complaint is that employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with clients, especially over the phone. As well there needs to be more transparency with clients. When we went in person the owner went out of his way to make sure that we left satisfied with our purchase although it was not what we initially wanted. I had previously made purchases and never had this issue before and I hope it’s that way moving forward being that I am a returning client.

After taking a piece of gold to a business in Harlingen that they told me was 10k, I went to the gold market in Mcallen, where they valued the same piece and told me it was 14k gold and they paid me almost three times more than what they offered me in the Harlingen store. I highly recommend La Plaza de Oro for you to do business with them.

This place steals from the costumer. I bought from them twice. The first time I bought an 18K bracelet and they ended up giving me a 10K. I didn’t notice the mistake after 2 weeks, I went back and was told that it was to late to fix. I gave them a second chance by buying my baby a bracelet and the same thing happened and since they don’t give you a receipt you’re screwed as a costumer. This is not the first person saying about the incorrect measurements, please be aware. I call this stealing.
