It’s difficult for me to leave a low star review for this nail spot. The folks are super nice and their customer service was good… however, I was a little horrified at the sanitation of equipment. I’m not sure if it happens?I was trying to pay attention to see where the tools that were being used on me came from and at no point did I see them come from a pre packed sterilized packaging or station.My pedicure was excellent but I was horribly nervous about the tools themselves. The overall look of my toe nails was very satisfactory.My overlay/dip manicure did not have the same outcome. I asked for a natural overlay to avoid the look of thicker dip nails and asked for more filing down. While the instruction was received kindly, they still came out chunky and not to my liking. It was a sloppy end result with uneven nails. I had already been there an hour and needed to go and couldn’t stick around for a third round of filing down.I don’t feel confident about coming back to this place at all. ? (in the end, the nails look decent ??♀️ I guess?)

Horrible service, I had to walk out, I made an appointment and mid service the man doing my nails asked if I can excuse him for two mins. I waited until I realized he left to go do someone else nails, they don’t sanitize he took the brush and everything he was using on me to do this other persons nails. Don’t go waist you time on an unclean place with bad service

Came here on Thanksgiving Day to pass time and the staff was so kind and did their work very efficiently! David was my nail tech and he was a great conversationalist! Will definitely be coming back here!

Went in the other day for a pedicure. I got the $35 one and I think it was well worth the price. There was a misunderstanding/ communication issue and I had asked for my toe nails not to be cut, I like them longer and straight. Unfortunately the gal cut my nail shorter on my big toe and I stopped her. She was very apologetic. The rest of the pedi was great and she made my feet look better than anyone else I’ve been to in the valley. In my opinion having just enough callus taken off and just enough cut cuticles is a find mine too much and they get dry hot enough and they look gross. She did it perfectly. I’d definitely go back. It was older but clean.
