The employees were very nice and knowledgeable.However, I understand that we arrived close to 5 pm and they said they would get in touch with us, I had to call them a day later to find out we have to fill out an application just to get a quote. We were in person and had given them all that info already. Not very pronto. Abuela would throw the chancla… just saying.

Do not get this insurance company! I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get someone to appraise my vehicle. I call and get told they will look at it tomorrow but nothing happens. Pay the extra money for another insurance. I have been with them for over 13 years this is the thanks I get. I just a updated going on 4 months no car still.
