I had them complete an inspection in order to get my registration renewed, and when I arrived, they were very busy. Jose was so kind and had them start on my inspection right away. They also aired up my tires! I will return next year for my inspection!

I was a little disheartened when I picked up my vehicle and saw that I had been charged a fee for labor. I was under the impression that it would be covered by the warranty. I contacted David about my concern and he addressed the issue right away and took care of me. Thank you David for doing the right thing for your customers! #customer4life

Had a screw on one of my tires stopped by to repair it took them 2 hours to finish!! Was planning on getting a wheel alignment here but never mind lol

I came in to get my front 2 tires replaced, it took about 2 hours but they already let me know that there was a wait ahead of time so I was ok waiting. Carlos was super cool and made the whole process very easy, the tires were the best price compared to nearby shops as well. Definitely recommend coming here for your auto needs!

Horrible customer service, went in for vehicle inspection and was told it would take 30 min . One hour later was told it would probably be another 30 min because the only inspector at the shop is doing a big mechanical job . It would have taken 5 min for him to check the vehicle and then continue with his mechanical job. Horribly ran and managed location .

Be cautious about when having tires installed here in Alice, TX. I purchased a set of tires for my Ram only to find out that the technician damaged 3 of my 4 wheels. The managers remedy to the situation was to offer a free oil change, wheel alignment check or no instal charge if I wanted to buy new wheels. These three remedies will not fix my damaged wheels, which is what I wanted. Again, be cautious about having your tires installed here.

Car "whirling" sound while on brake of course, quit at the shop but got a diagnostic to check-it-all out, plus oil change since I was going to drive to SPI.Carlos' customer service is fantastic! Courteous, clarifying answers to questions and just a great representative for Puebol Tires & Services!Mechanic's services was great as well!
