Be cautious about when having tires installed here in Alice, TX. I purchased a set of tires for my Ram only to find out that the technician damaged 3 of my 4 wheels. The managers remedy to the situation was to offer a free oil change, wheel alignment check or no instal charge if I wanted to buy new wheels. These three remedies will not fix my damaged wheels, which is what I wanted. Again, be cautious about having your tires installed here.

Update to update. Turns out they put 40psi in all tires. I brought them down to the recommended 33 and it handles fine. You'd think a tire place would know about psi.Update: took another car there for tires and alignment. It now pulls to the right. And is all over the Rd on the hwy. Feels like driving in a cross wind took it back. They asked if I hit something like a pothole. We've barely gone anywhere in 24 hrs. I suggested maybe they left something loose. But they dismissed that. They re-aligned it and it's the same. I'm currently waiting for a re- check but lost all confidence. If not right, I'll take it to Sanchez in Harlingen. I always get good results there. But I'm out $100.

Took my car in to Pueblo Tires on 23rd about 3 blocks north of Nolana. My car wouldn't start and I had to have it towed to Pueblo. Later they called me as they always do to explain their findings. I said ok but not sure if I'm paying for a part I really didn't need. I say this because I had a mechanic come to my house, he said it was a sensor, but he never returned to fix it. The first bill I paid was $600, for a fuel pump, and then the sensor. Then it took them 6 days to figure it out and fix it. When it was finally ready, I get in my car, turn it on, and it starts shaking really bad so I park the car and go back inside and nicely speak with the customer service representative. I asked "why did you give me back my car running so bad". He fetched the Head Mechanic and we take it for a test drive. The car almost stalled, it went in to it's protective mode, which shuts down the AC. I tell the mechanic we might be stalling out and end up pushing the car. He suddenly turned and looked right at me when I said it. The look on his face was priceless!! Anyways, they take my car back in for another day. $600 dollars more and my car now runs great. I do trust Pueblo Tires, and they did fix my car when 2 other mechanics before them failed. Plus, I have used Pueblo several times in the past, to include purchasing my tires there.

I’ve never felt so robbed before. I went in there and told them every symptom my truck had. When I left my truck still had the same symptoms. I told David, the guy that was “taking care of me” , that the problem wasn’t fixed. He took the truck back in for another “inspection” and he said the problem was coming from somewhere else and I would have to pay them more money to fix that. I was already 1.4K in and my issue still wasnt fixed. I’m now in dept for $1,100 with this guys and my truck still rides awful. I still don’t understand how Pueblo Tires got so big here in The Valley? I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! They straight up stole $1,400 from me!!!

I don't recommend for a car inspection. It's a tire place so of course they failed me and said the inspection will pass if I buy tires. Immediately trying to make a sale, offering a payment plan on their tires ? waste of my time lolService: Vehicle Inspection

Needed an oil change and was looking for a new place since Firestone down the street started charging me close to $200. I came in later in the day about 1.5 hours before closing, the guy in the front desk took in my truck and I only had to wait close to an hour (kinda fast for an oil change compared to my other wait times at other places). Staff was friendly, loved that I felt like I was in and out with no hassel. Would definitely come back again!

Didn't feel like they tried enough to help me out with the problem I have provided an alternative solution that ultimately did nothing for the overall problem.

Called for prices last week for brake replacement and went early morning today. Front staff checked me in and gave me a price but which I told I have my own supplies. Ask to pay right there and then(keep in mind still having the over the phone prices in mind) staff said no until you pick up your vehicle.Received a call that my vehicle is ready.Went to pick up vehicle and oh to my surprise a balance of over $300.Asked front staff(Jose assistant store manager) to see if that’s a correct amount since I brought my own supplies and he went to ask the tech. He confirmed. He stated he could give me a small discount but less than $50Asked to talk with the manager and was told he was out for lunch, he would be back at 1:30 if I would like to wait.Waited and waited, mind you I’m a health care worker, and no show. Stood up at 1:31 and he was still out.Waited more time and stood up since had to leave. Saw the manager go into his office but did not spoke with me.Approached Jose to just charge me the amount and he stated the manager just got in if I would like to wait but time waits for no man and had to get going. Was expecting at least a call from the store manager but no call.Service: Auto brake replacement
