Typically get great service here! Today, "water issues involving the city" forced cancelations of several apptmts. Plus, since no actuals calls are taken, how is one to know when the water issues will be fixed to make a new apptmt? This is negative help to clients.

Was called in less than 2 minutes after registering. Phlebotomist was friendly, professional, and cheerful. Drew my blood with minimal discomfort and I was on my way back to work all in about 5 minutes.

Your staff was quick and efficient, very polite, and getting in was faster than I anticipated so thank you. I found your facility clean, everyone ready to help each other out, my check-in time was easy and the moment I sat down I got called, so I'm very pleased with my appointment set up that I did online and everything worked out just fine. The service was great, quick, and clean. The parking lot of this location has some horribly large holes that haven't been repaired in so long. The availability of locations near me is bad as well. I don't really like the pricing is higher than other companies around here, but this is where my doctor sends me.

Got there 5 minutes till 8 and as I sat down I was called, very quick. The person who did the blood work, Virginia was super nice and very thorough. She calmed me down since I'm a hard stick. It barely hurt and she was very quick. Thanks again Virginia! 5 stars Plus

Do not come here. They scheduled 16 people, there is multiple staff members, but only bring one patient at a time. Very inefficient model.

I went there for bloodwork to have a simple routine check for hormone levels and the lady I think her name was (Cindy) did not understand what to do so she made me call the fertility clinic that ordered the labs & treated not only the lady from the clinic very rude but me as well. Stating I had to wait and make another appointment even though I had been there since 8:40 am and this was already 12:00 am simply because she did not know how to perform the tests. Out of frustration I grabbed the dr order and said this is ridiculous and she told me I was not welcome back there. Horrible horrible place will never go here again!
