This was a friendly and helpful car lot that got me the truck I really wanted when the big dealerships like Chevy and ford told me no or asked for to much money Ramos helped me out and made it right. I would give 5 stars because of how wonderful the help was but when we went to go look at the truck we wanted it was really dirty and smelled like death and had dog hair all over it they told me they were going to clean it but they never did ans that was one aspect that disappointed me it wasn’t fair at all that I had to give 4,000 dollars down and they gave me a good truck but it was so dirty and reeked of death from the inside I spent weeks cleaning it and getting the smell out. But other than that the service was great I will be coming back in the future here but if you decide to get a car or truck here make sure you have them clean the car inside and outside first and dont take it unless they clean it that’s a big thing I that bothered me
