I had a horrible experience with the manager at this location! Not only was she extremely rude when speaking to me, as if i was a bother since i was not purchasing new boots. She went about making her own rules about my warranty for my $400 boots which was still not expired! I ended up getting help by calling customer service because that lady was absolutely unwilling to help me out in person. I hope this behavior gets resolved because I have made many large purchases before and at time of purchasing she was happy to help just not when it came to assisting me with my warranty. Absolutely disappointing especially coming from the “manager”.

I ordered some boots and had not heard anything for nearly a week. I called to get a status and at first they told me it might take a month. I talked with them to see what options we had, and they said to give them some time to see what could be done. Literally the next day I get a call saying my boots were at the store ready for pick up. I have never had a company resolve an issue this quick. My props to the team and the manager.

My name is Carlos from McAllen, Tx. I have been a Red Wings customer for over 20 years now. Many of those, I have given my business to the store on N 10th St in McAllen. This past Saturday the 9th of August was the best visit ever. Ms. Veronica De La Fuente assisted me in the best fitting I have ever had! I walked out wearing a pair of waterproof King Toes with Boa lacing. They felt broken in from the moment I stepped into them with new footbeds included. Ms. Veronica was very professional gathering all the info she could to help me make the best choice for me. Once again Ms. Veronica, many thanks to you, & I will be visiting your store again, God willing, by November. Thank you Ma'am!

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with my husband to find the exact boots needed. He first measured my husband's feet and gave him the suggestion according to the measuring machine. They were just right!

I have been buying boots here for over 8 years now, and customer service at this store has always been very bad, including the lady manager who has very poor customer service skills. Every time I go, they don’t treat me as a valued customer and they always rush through the sale process. They don’t offer to fit you, they don’t recommend any products, and they never ask you if you need anything else. They are just worried about getting you out the door as soon as possible. After I'm done with this pair of red wings, I’m going to try Brunt boots as they have been recommended to me by my fellow coworkers, as been great as far as comfort and price, and avoid being treated as a non valuable customer going into that store.
