After a rather unpleasant shopping experience at Pandora (long lines, sense of being rushed) I decided to shop at Reeds instead since they also sold Pandora jewelry. I merely went into the store to just buy a charm or two.The experience was so much more at ease, with less crowdedness, and 1:1 attention without the feeling of having to be rushed. I was able to ask to see all the charms and rings my heart desired and the sales associate, Mary, was happy to oblige. I felt like I was an important customer and probably was there for over an hour. When it was time to pay I decided to apply for credit; the process was quick and painless. Not only did I get approved, but they offered 6 months no interest… which is perfectly appropriate for the amount I spent (a great way to build up a good credit score). I appreciate the fact that when I qualified for the free bracelets, with the Pandora promo, Mary took the time to show me every bracelet available and even let me try them on. I truly felt like a queen. Authentic Pandora jewelry, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Extremely Happy customer. Thank you.

The staff and management made my watch shopping experience very enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain all the products to me.
