The customer service was good, although they didn't have the part I was looking for the gentleman in the counter was really patient, and genuinely tried looking for my part, I would recommend. Prices may be a bit high though

Paid to get harness express well they require a signature and only deliver during business hours guess what I work business hours. I'll never get the package after paying 50% more because I have to have it. Paid for convenience now I'm gonna pay for the inconvenience! Amazon claims not seller fault with delivery B.S. they advertise FedEx and ship ups which a lie which is fraud.

Purchased a 4l60e kit for $380 with RAYBESTOS reds, & was sent Alto reds instead. Customer service is horrible, just like others say. Could’ve spent a lot less on the brand they sent instead. No. They’re VERY shady. Spent $200 more for RAYBESTOS REDS, instead of a standard kit. If you’re out of RAYBESTOS, then don’t market & charge for something you don’t have. You stole $200 & refuse to refund the difference.

Super bad customer service...I tried to explain that the torque converter they sold me wasn't the right part and why and an older guy kept interrupting me while I was talking to another employee...I think he's name was Roberto or something like that...but super rude and unprofessional...and it's also funny how they only answer to the good reviews but not even an apology on the bad ones..just found out that the rude employee is actually the owner

Why can't the money be returned if the PC is not working and I already have 4 PCs that don't want to stay in my transmission and for the sake of it my change doesn't happen or they want to return mine why?

Really bad experience, the part got delayed so many times while I have the car up in the air and a transmission waiting to be rebuilt. i call the place and they act like they dont know anything about it

The biggest cheaters on ebay. I have ordered 4 pieces of original Bosch EPC solenoids (Bosch brand plus Bosch picture on ebay). I have received 2 cheap Borg warner solenoids. I really don't recommend that shop... Stay away.
