Be warned....No service after sale...device I bought wasn't charging properly...he told me to call company....I bought the device apparently he doesn't offer warranty!!..stay away!!Called Agus

I had searched online for awhile to purchase home security cameras, but was apprehensive because I needed to speak with someone that knew home security cameras and that was Ric and JD at SpyTek.I Googled home cameras and SpyTek popped up with good reviews.So I decided to visit the store not once, but three times. Every visit had great customer service, no sales purchase pressure, no rush at closing time, only patience in answering all my questions.I felt comfortable with Ric and JD answering my questions and knowing I can count on SpyTek for technical knowledge. I highly recommend SpyTek.On the third visit, I purchased five new wired 4k home security cameras to replace existing cameras and with the recommendation of a camera installer my home had three more new wired 4k home cameras installed to a new eight channel DVR.SpyTex took the time to make me a happy customer!

Needed a whole new set of cameras for my business. Had to install 35 total and I had no clue where to start. I google searched cameras in mcallen and decided to stop by Spy Tek. Overall had a wonderful experience. I know nothing about cameras or what equipment I needed and Ric and his staff helped me from finding out what I needed to being there until the end of the install. If you are in need of a security system, look no further because Spy Tek is the company to go with. Awesome job guys thank you so much!!

Great place to get Security cameras and other items to do full install. I have purchased 2 big systems from them and have had great help from them when I needed it. Experienced representatives of what they sell. That's a big plus.

What an awesome place! They have a lot of cameras and all sorts of gear. They’ve helped set up trackers and have answered tons of questions for me. They never pushed me to buy anything which impressed me a ton. They have a lot of camersa to choose from and they’re always adding new things. There's just something about going into a store and seeing the stuff in your hands or seeing just how good it is. I've been guilty of buying stuff online because it's cheaper but then I pay the price when it's in my home. It's just easier to go with someone that knows. Ask for Ric!

I recently purchased safety items for my 20-year-old daughter from RGV Spy Tek. The owner, Ric, listened to my concerns and about my daughter's job and where she is going to college, etc., as well as my price range. He then showed me several items and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of them. I love that there is something for every price range from simple safety-type items all the way to upper-end, sophisticated systems. In addition, during this strange time with COVID, I loved the protocols in place there and felt very safe in terms of the likelihood of becoming infected. I highly recommend RGV Spy Tek!

RGV Spy Tech has been wonderful to me and helped me install my security system. I have also been able to have them help me when I forgot password. Ric the owner is very professional and knowledgeable in all areas of security. He is the only one I can trust with questions about me and my families security. Ok followers and folks, I drove in from the lower valley to look at their products, an employee met me at the locked door and asked me what I was looking for, I replied I was willing to shop, he asked what item I was interested in, I asked if the location was a retail outlet, he replied yes. I gotta tell the followers, that meeting convinced me of a some thoughts:1- employee convinced me to shop elsewhere2-the owner has NO IDEA what customer service entails3- don't waste time coming to a horrible experienceMy question, based on my facts, why would one ever trade with foolishness and non business relations?
