Do not recommend for anyone getting a windshield replacement and will not fix a crack that occurred less than 24hrs and would rather have you file another claim with insurance so you can pay deductible to them again. They also state they do not have tools to stop cracks on glass even though they are a well known glass repair shop. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

safelite broke part of the back of my tahoe and won't take responsibility for it. MIKE LOPEZ the manager has no common sense. Idk how he even became the manager. He is obviously covering his butt by not taking responsibility and fixing the problem. Don't go to this stupid business.

$160 for a single chip repair on windshield. Crazy. Went to Valley windshields in Pharr. Same chip $15.

I thought I was being proactive repairing a tiny chip in the windshield on my brand new vehicle. It was only a tiny dark spot and barely noticeable if I hadn’t heard it happen. They cracked my windshield and claimed it’s not under warranty as “the windshield must have been already compromised.” Total BS. I have had much worse repaired for years in both Massachusetts and during my seven years here in TX.

I have always used Safelite for my glass repairs, never have I had any issues, and all techs have been very professionals.

The ladies on the phone can be grouchy, but the gentlemen at the shop are great. I've been there a few times, and they are quick and do a good job. I was going to give 4 stars, but the tech was so helpful that I couldn't really give less than a 5.
