Rented Uhaul, 26’ft truck earlier in morning from another facility, they gave me an extra free day knowing I needed time to unload truck & gave 30 free miles, knowing some people have to travel into town and make u-turns… BUT, this guy at La plaza acted like it was impossible to give a little extra mileage and expected me to load & unload a 26fter in less than 24 hrs…. The world will not end if you provide people with a little additional customer service sir. - hope you get what you give in life 👍

The app based registration and pick up of the keys for my U-Haul went off without a problem. They delivered what they promised. I was able to pick up my U-haul before the official opening time.
