I will post pics if I go again but for now just wanted to say how dirty this Sephora is, makeup is always missing (testers) people really steal them that’s disgusting and the lip glosses are always all squished and used it’s gross. Workers instead of acting like you’re working go clean while it’s not packed literally- it disgusts me I only come here because I hate how overly packed it is at the mall location. They never have anything I need in stock, it’s always unorganized and to top it off I heard an older lady ask an employee for a lipstick she couldn’t remember the brand but she knew the name of the shade and the employee was basically too lazy to do her job so I went up to this lady and said ma’am I can help you, I googled the shade name and found out it’s from urban decay and I went to show her and she said yes it’s that one and she was so thankful. I can’t believe I had to do this “employees’” job for her. ??

I went today ( Sephoras 1st day of the sale) and let me tell you how unprofessional it was. First of all it was not busy they had atleast 6 employees and not one was with a customer or offered to help. I asked recommendations and she just pointed and didn’t offer to help. I went in with the intention of getting matched but I felt very unwelcome and in the way. Again they were not busy. Also the girls near the register were just talking and catching up. I rather go to the one in the Mall. Also the testing products need to be changed they look dirty. This location is so close to me but just disappoints. No one was rude but they’re definitely just riding the clock. If there was a manager there they were also just gossiping instead of managing the store.

This is the Sephora branch closest to my home, and unfortunately the service is terrible. I tried to see some cosmetics that I wanted to buy, but simply for bringing a comfortable weekend outfit, I received poor treatment and I felt chased throughout the store as if my intention had been to steal something. I'm going to report this to corporate, because nowhere should discrimination based on how you look be allowed.

Woman working seemed so bothered to be asked a question and did not even want to answer my question or help me. Found what I needed at the store but decided not to buy when the customer service was not great at all. And I was asking for help politely!

Bad customer service. Have been going back for 1 month and they never seem to have any make up in stock . Worst Sephora I've ever been to!!

Horrible Staff, they need training on customer service and retail. Super unprofessional, not attentive what so ever, unwilling to assist because they were too busy on their phones.

I would repeat the same: Every time I go, they never seem to be in stock of any items that I’m looking for.The last time I wanted to buy 6 different items that I liked after trying samplers, but they weren't in stock.

I've been recently having a very difficult time finding a color match for my concealer and I came into this Sephora hoping for just a nice concealer. I then was greeted by a worker there, I believe her name was Sierra. She was very kind to me and helped me find an exact color match for my concealer! I will be forever grateful for her, and I will defineatly be coming back to this store just for her! (Though they were out of my favriote brand: Rare Beauty, they defineatly need to restock).

This Sephora is the worst one I have ever been to. Every time I go, they never seem to be in stock of any items that I’m looking for. The staff are not very approachable nor attentive. I stood waiting at the cashier for over 5 minutes and none of the staff came to charge me. In my opinion, there should always be someone at the register.
