Everytime I come here not one single employee asks if I need help. What are they there for if they are just talking and talking with each other? I can tell they were very discriminative against me because I didn’t have any makeup on. I just wanted to try some new brands of foundation I’ve never used before so I ended up color matching myself. But I am definitely not buying any products from here anymore!!

I would come here more often if there wasn’t so many underage girls in here ruining makeup and what not you guys need to have an age restriction or if they are under a certain age have a parent be with them I’m tired of going here and having little kids ruining things for adults

The only thing worse than the horrible product selection is the nonexistent customer service. Everything is filthy dirty despite the fact that 100 people work here. Finally found what we were looking for on our own because not one person spoke to us the entire hour we were in here. Waited in line for 20 minutes and when we were next got redirected to another line that cost us even more time. Horrible management, horrible racist workers. Never again.

The staff is nice but the store is chaotic. Spare yourself and order your items online, about a 3-5 days before you run out. It took 15:05 min to check out on a Sunday during lunch. Also, who let the (clearly non service) dogs in?
