The store opens at 9AM, and my cell phone said 9AM. The door to the store was open so we proceeded to walk in and start shopping. The manager clearly saw me walk in. Minutes later she yelled at me "WE ARE NOT OPEN!!" And I told her "But it's 9AM" and she yelled "NO IT'S 8:58AM SO PLEASE LEAVE" I looked at my phone again and it was 9:07AM. I don't know where she got her time, but she was clearly off or she didn't feel like opening the store on time. You all, customer service is dead! I would rather do online shopping than put up with representatives that are both rude and aggressive.
