Bought shoes for my mom and wife. My wife wanted to return the shoes and employee said there’s no cash back returns even though I had receipt so I told him that the store in Edinburg told me I could get my cash back with the original receipt. So he simply said, “well go over there. I can’t do it here.” I had to call their main office and they made him return it. Since it was morning he probably didn’t want to start the day negative. It just sucks employees decide to make their own rules to their advantage. He wanted me to drive to another store to return something that was bought at that store.

Had an unpleasant experience here, I had purchased some nice Hey Dude shoes for a reasonable price, but I hadn't noticed the print on the shoes were different, seemed to be like a misprint, the patterns were totally off on the right and left shoe, as it was like a western print. So I went back to return the shoes to see if that's how they came and noticed the others were actually matching ,so this one was like a defective print, so I asked if I was able to return the shoes due to the defect.I explained and showed the cashier the misprint and she called for a manager to come and approve the exchange.Once the manager arrived he didn't even let me explain as to why I wanted to exchange them, he just said yes and snatched the box from me and threw my receipt in the other new bag with the exchange,the cashier told him why I wanted to exchange them due to the print, and his response was ,"It's okay, someone else will buy them". I was grateful for the exchange, but felt that it could have been handled in a more professional manner. You don't treat people that way for no reason, I was simply trying to explain as to why I was wanting the exchange, but at least I got the correct shoes this time.Guess he was just having a bad day. Still no excuse for poor customer service.
