The store was well organized and clean. Staff was walking around fixing and helping customers. I bought a pair of Delson Cicada 3.0s. All in all I was in and out within 10 minutes. I had no trouble finding what I needed.

Awful customer service. Employees are just standing around chatting, they don't offer any assistance and if you dare ask for it they will take forever to fetch your item. Terrible place to shop, or at least this specific store.

Great variety of " TENNIE SHOES " but customer service isn't there every one yes is working but I had to go and look for an employee to help out where customer service no matter what has to be #1 or maybe I'm wrong since they have boxes with sizes it's just that I had forgotten my glasses. Sorry I don't want to get anyone in trouble it's that working in retail someone has to go up to you and always say Hello is there something I can help you with and if not just say Incase you do I will be over here if you need any help My Name Is ..... and glad to help you out.

This place was everything so much to choose from and they have good sales going on also. Some are a little high price, but join the rewards club. It takes a few dollars off also look on the back side wall sale. Shoes are in the back on the left side, all size together

They no longer give senior discounts on clearance items, as in the past senior discount was given for entire purchase. While checking out the 2 clerks were more interested in talking then providing attention to their customers during check out.

No customer service what so ever!! My mom needed shoes for work and the employees were just walking around talking to one another so we ended up doing the work ourselves, then once we went to pay, the guy pretended to be on his phone and just walked away from the register…

For a National known named company, it's a crying shame you can't get what you want at either Skechers stores in McAllen Texas. I went to both stores looking for a size 12 wide 6" high work boot with comp. safety toes and could not find a pair, they had all other sizes and comp. safety toe shoes and steel toe boots and shoes of all kinds, but no 12 wide comp. safety toe 6" high boots. The only way I can get what I need is to order them and have to pay shipping cost on top of the sale price and that's not right. I'll just order them online and to hell with the McAllen Skechers stores.
