Bed is great. BUT they don’t tell you that if you move there’s all sorts of fees associated with moving. Then you’re on their schedule to move. I was told for my move they wouldn’t be able to get to disassemble my bed till 2 weeks later. It’s on me to move it and then it would be another 3-5 days before reassembly. But if I paid the $500 fee then they could maybe call to see about if they could get it closer to the date of my move maybe. So my choices are to scrap the bed or pay to stay longer in my current place. Mind you all of this is being done in advance of a month. Never again.

I was disappointed with the customer service on the website and 800 number. They charged me for exchanging my mattress, even though I was within the 30 days to exchange and they want to charge for everything. When the exchange happened the technicians didn’t bring the pump and I had to wait for the pump to arrive and they wanted to charge me again for their mistake. It was crazy. DO NOT BUY the split king, it shifts to the sides and they don’t tell you that in the store.

If you buy a bed from them, and eventually return it within the 100 night sleep testing period, you're paying $250 for delivery and $250 to return a bed you don't like. Be prepared to possibly throw away $500 on a bed you don't like. The sales staff won't tell you that though.Reply: lies, it may be on the receipt, all 87 pages of it, but the sales people definitely don't tell you this fact NOR is it posted at the register. That's a straight up lie.

I give 5 stars because there was no rush in a purchase, and Luis Rios gave us plenty of time to decide on a bed. We were only supposed to look and came out of purchasing instead. Thank you, Luis, for being a good listener and making it a pleasant experience.

I would love to give more stars! Don’t get me wrong Luis was so knowledgeable in the mattress he was selling for his company. It’s just once the other salesperson which was a lady was so rude to my son that was it for me. I was upset but tried not letting it get to me but it really did bother me! I let Luis talk to us about all the mattress because he was amazing I can’t say anything bad about him and the mattresses he was trying to sell to us… but Because of her I would have given all stars but she it was not okay to be rude to my son! If you don’t know how to be polite don’t work as a sells person!
