One technician after 5. Very disappointing. Second time in one week where internet goes out.. they stop taking calls after 9. Need to get out of this contract asap.

Super fast internet for the price, not like most other internet companies out here. I currently have the 500mbps service out here in Arroyo City and it has been great! I have not had any issues at all with the speeds, zero drop-offs, and best of all, no throttling! I highly recommend 'em! Thank you, Robert, Ronnie, and Griselda for being very helpful and courteous!

Me and my family applied for this wifi service around mid August, it's is currently November and they have not come and finish the rest of the installation. Every time we call and ask it's always "It'll be ready by this day, or this day" then the day comes and no one shows up. I'm really hoping the internet is really good because we are tired of waiting after excuse and excuse. Do better please.

I will revaluate once my services are installed... But so far 1 star.. Been waiting for 6 weeks to have my services installed in arroyo city and was told today it would be at least another 2 weeks. They were quick to take my $100 installation fee but not quick on the install and horrible on customer expectation

Wanted to give zero stars but I couldn't. The worst internet service. Almost a whole day without internet. This is the THIRD time this has happened. If you need reliable internet please use any other service

I have had one bad experience after another with this company! From hackers getting into the system to extra billing! Good riddence!

Their customer service is extremely tough to get in touch with. It's amazing to me that an internet company, in 2021, only has customer service from 8-5 (when I'm not home). The internet always cuts off, they never send techs because of their odd hours, and their reps seem to know very little of the services they offer. Please stay away!
