I have been purchasing vehicles from South Texas Buick/GMC since 2013. Mr. Raja and Domingo Gallegos have been assisting me on this journey. I usually purchase a new vehicle every 2 to 3 years and it has been nothing but great. Mr. Raja and Mr. Gallegos always go out of their way to assist in every way possible. From explaining promotions, to test driving, not once have I seen these gentlemen in a bad mood. They always bring a smile to customer's faces and make sure you feel right at home. For those that know me , I usually don't recommend people unless I know you will be treated with respect,because my name is on the line. But, with these gentlemen, Mr. Raja, and Domingo Gallegos you will definitely be in good hands. Thumbs up and a recommendation on my behalf. Keep up the great work Gents.Thank you,Jesse.

I am beyond livid!! My parents own a 2022 Buick Envision that they took in to service for a couple of recalls. My dad wears hearing aids and had just purchased a new pair and left them in their carrying case inside the center console of his vehicle. These hearing aids are very expensive ( more than $6,000) and my parents are paying monthly installments on them. Once the vehicle was ready, my dad picked it up and wanted to use his new hearing aids. Much to his dismay, they were nowhere to be found. I was crushed! I called the service department to ask if the hearing aids might have been found and turned in, but all they could say was that no one had seen them. My dad went back to service to speak to them as well, and nothing. They just shrugged him off and said sorry. How can you just "shrug off" something as important as that ? That's actually a theft! Those hearing aids were taken from my dad's vehicle by someone there when it was left there for the recall. Even though they had no need to even open the center console because the recall area was nowhere near it nor had anything to do with it! Now my parents will be paying on the $6,000 hearing aids that my dad no longer has. That's really sad and upsetting to me. Their nonchalant and non caring attitude about something so expensive that was taken from my elderly parents' vehicle while it was there is disgusting and sickening!! My dad has yet to receive a follow-up call to see if there is anything that they can do to help, which I'm sure they could, but don't. So please, before you take your vehicle for service to this place, remove all your belongings and especially anything of value that you want back...it may not be in your vehicle when you pick it up. In the end , they don't care and they're NOT trustworthy!

Sheila was our sales person & she was very knowledgeable in all models of the suvs, answered ALL 100 of my questions & brought out different models of the GMC Yukon . I fell in love with a Denali of course & she made it happen! Extremely professional & so caring. While me & my husband talked over the vehicle she played with my son. She sold me the vehicle of my dreams which I never thought was possible. I highly recommend Sheila to assist anyone in their search for a new vehicle. It was a Horrible servive experience. Unfortunately this is what is expected from this service deparment. The service advisor Gabby lied about the time frame the work would take and when I returned 9 hours later for my vehicle they had not even started working on it. She never notified or even apologized for her mismanagement. The service Manager Randy just greed with me about the disrespect and horrible service, but offered no real solutions or even offered me a ride home. Pitiful excuse for a manager. ZERO STARS DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

This dealership is the worst. I regret buying from them I got a suv that don’t last 1 week. I haven’t made my first payment and the transmission messed up. It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t heard nothing. I went to get a update and to my surprise the car is not even there they took it to a different shop that is not a dealership. I ask why they do that and got told that they didn’t know how to fix it so had to take it somewhere else. Don’t buy from here there so unprofessional and sale you cars that won’t last.

We took our vehicle for a RECALL service & received the 1st complimentary oil change. We received a text our vehicle was ready to be picked up. We had to walk underneath an area sealed off with yellow tape & search for our vehicle. We expected someone to park our vehicle in front of the dealership. Noted younger staff is very rude & unprofessional towards other staff members who were trying to find a customers misplaced keys. All this happened in front of customers in line. There does not appear to be any team work in place.

Definitely!! South Texas GMC’s service department is number one! Although they were extremely busy they performed like a well trained team! From the custodian to the Manager. Out of all their daily assignments, they took their time to address my issues with 2 recalls within three hours. Absolutely! Not the biggest but the best. Service consultant Jessica Flores was very prompt, professional and willing to make sure the issue would be resolved. Thank you Mr. R. Perez , Jessica and the entire service department because you all make what is a major difference in taking care of customers!!

I currently gave birth so I’m walking around with a car seat, I took my vehicle for an oil change as a walk in, went in early so it can be one of the first ones to get serviced. Once I got there the manager for service helped me move my vehicle forward and everyone opened the door for me because they all saw I had a baby with me and needed both of my hands to carry the car seat. My service advisor Jessica was such a sweetheart, she herself even opened my car door and the dealership door for me. Very grateful with the service department
