We’ve always had great experiences at this Sport Clips location, but I wanted to take a moment to truly thank and recognize the amazing team here — especially Manager Gaby Escobedo.
The ladies are always so sweet, professional, and welcoming. My husband took our kids in one day, and we were so pleased with the results! They don’t advertise as a kids’ salon, but they were incredibly gentle and patient, even with our one-year-old, who has long curly hair. They trimmed it so nicely while keeping his curls intact — something not every place knows how to do!
Gaby was especially kind, pleasant, and professional. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable for our family.
If you’re in the McAllen area — or even if you’re a little further out — this location is absolutely worth the drive. Great service, great atmosphere, and truly excellent customer care. Thank you all so much!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Isa for years, and she consistently does an amazing job! She has an incredible talent for knowing exactly what style suits me, even when I challenge her to try something different. I always leave feeling confident and satisfied. Highly recommend Isa for anyone looking for a stylist!

Worst experience I have ever had at any haircut establishment. The two females that were working on December 16, 2024 where the rudest individuals I have ever encountered in my life. They had no customer service skills whatsoever and they had no knowledge on haircuts at all. I took my son in for a haircut. He’s only two years old and they gave me the worst customer service experience not only were they rude, but they didn’t even acknowledge my son and when I ask questions, they were responding in a very rude and discriminating Manner, I hope this review gets to the owner and those two females if they are unhappy with their job, they shouldn’t be there. They need to look for something they can actually do without Lacking customer service, I will never recommend this place to any of my acquaintances or family or friends in the other hand. I will share my negative experience to prevent others from going through the discrimination I went through.
