Wifi is terrible, can’t even support Netflix on a phone. Infested with roaches and the beds are so old that they squeak all night as you turn.

The only thing that fails is the internet does not reach the rooms. Everything very good, very good location, very clean, good price
Rooms: The beds are very comfortable, very clean, very good pillows, the kitchenette is very practical. The only thing I complain about is that the internet connection does not reach the rooms.

Excellent attention and service from the receptionist and all the staff who work here, they are always on call.

First impression of this hotel would appear to be clean, well maintained and friendly. My first bad experience was a toilet that wouldn't flush without holding down the lever, then the water fitting leaked causing a small puddle of water. The next morning I woke with no water pressure at all. I complained at checkout and she explained that the busted pipe in the hotel hallway was not their fault (so who's fault is this) so no room adjustment could be made. I didn't want a free room, just an adjustment because I didn't get what I paid for. Lastly I've never stayed at a hotel that charges a fee for credit card usage. I'd say almost everyone pays car rental, flights and hotel with some kind of credit or debit card. I remember when Motel 6 was one of the better places to stay back in the day.

La semana pasada nos quedamos por dos noches y estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra visita a McAllen . Llegamos súper cansados de nuestro viaje y el manejador Joel fue muy atento , el cuarto estaba perfecto y nos encantó que tenía cocina la habitación. Las chavas de limpieza son muy amables. Gracias por el servicio excelente, nos vemos pronto

I WENT TO CHECK IN AND THE FRONT DESK MANGER LADY WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL .HER NAME ELIZABETH EXTREMELY MEAN PERSON .AND A MAN THAT WAS WITH HER TO . TALKING TO THAT MAN ABOUT PEOPLE THAT HAD CHECKED IN HOW THEY SMELLED AND LOOKED . WHY DOESN'T CORPORATE DO ANYTHING ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE THAT .IT AINT OUR FAULT IF SHE HAVING A BAD DAY . I got to the hotel at midnight, and when I unpack part of my stuff and went for a shower there was a big cockroach, I told the main desk and they offered me another room but if one room is infested, all of them are as well. I lay on the horrible bed that make sounds at every move and it has stained sheets with flat pillows. I didn’t feel asleep because of fear until 2 am, then woke up at 4 to go to the restroom and another cockroach appeared. I was able to handle till 7am and head out to the main desk to let them know I can’t stay there any longer, on my way out another cockroach was in the hall and another customer stepped on it. I contacted the manager who was rude and agreed to do a full refund. I spoke with booking about it and they said the hotel refused to do the refund. I do recommend tru hotel by Hilton, they have good prices and clean and beautiful rooms.

Had a very pleasant stay. I loved that there was a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall across the street. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful. As I was checking out I had the pleasure of meeting the Property manager and her assistant, they were very attentive and very friendly, I will definitely be booking with Studio 6 when I visit the valley again, thank you guys and keep up the good work

Very bad experience, there were two crickets in my room, one was even in my tennis and I didn't realize until I put it on :( the staff didn't help me at all, they just told me that they were going to give me a discount on my next visit As if I were going to return!! And it's not the first time, once before we had a cockroach and we decided to give them another chance but there's no way back! Terrible service!

This place was great! I have never ran into a hotel with such great service and the manager that went by the name Joel made everything smooth and easy. The people overall are very kind and everything was clean . I highly recommend this place and it is very affordable.

My go to for when im in town. Love the friendly & helpful staff. The rooms include everything a full kitchen, refrigerator, TV, & I love that the house keepers take their time. They make a cute rose on the toilet paper my favorite. Overall fully recommend this fabulous stay.
