Unacceptable! The last 20 minutes, ive called front office to see if any rooms were available. Around 9 pm on 8/12, and the front desk is too lazy to answer. Called like 10 times within 20 minutes since the location was closest to me. Never Again!!

Great staff. General manager (Elizabeth) is doing a wonderful job. Rooms come with fully furnished kitchenette, and it close by to restaurants and the mall is super close. Clean rooms. Thank you Studio 6 I will be coming back.

The place is decent , the rooms fine BUT the in front desk guys not at all friendly they had a face of disgust, i think it’s really important change that face for a friendly one because they are going to scare the guests at least I don't going back to that place, because instead of feeling trust, I felt afraid to be in that “hotel”.

Good in general; need to improve room cleanliness, floor was very sticky when we received the room, need to improve bed and pillow comfort, Wi-Fi password was not provided and can not found anywhere, no courtesy shampoo is provided.

Check-in was fast and easy. Desk person Alexandra very customer oriented and friendly.Checking out also a breeze and Asst. Mgr Joel was also very helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

No toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, lotion.Toilet was tilted.No fan in the bathroomNo coffee maker, no hair dryer, no iron.Free wifi is a jokeTV shows go in and out.Low flow water.Roaches.

I Have Stayed Here Before Years Ago And I Have No Complaints About That Stay That Time. Yesterday I Booked On Booking.com And Just Because My License Is Under The Name I'm In The Process Of Changing, Just The First Name, And My Card That I Paid With With The Other Name I'm Legally Changing It To, The Worker There, Or I Don't Know If She's The Manager Or Not, Didn't Process My Stay. In Booking.com It Just Mentions To Show A VALID ID And A Card. Doesn't Mention Anything About Them Having to HAVE To Be Under The Same Name. The Room Was Paid And I Was Completely Exhausted, Irritated, Aggravated, Sleepless, Back Aching So Much I Just Couldn't Deal With. But I Think Was Pretty Petty And Not So Cooperative Or Understanding Whatsoever. I Do Not Have Issues Anywhere Else;Not Mentioning Other Hotels, In General, With This. I Think They Could've Handled It Differently Or At Least Somehow Transferred My ONLY funds I Had At That moment To My Brothers Name If That Was Te Issue.

These folks went above and beyond to make this stay like a second home. Clean rooms and quiet atmosphere! The General manager and the assistant manager Joel Cardenas are great people!

I'll give it 3 stars cuz I had a place to sleep. But very uncomfortable, stunk and the beds and pillows were to fluffy. Sunk into bed and pillows were not firm. Went to desk and they ran out of pillows and blankets.

First issue I had was when I got to the room it was dirty. I had to request a broom and some towels to clean the room, plus the fridge because they didn't have anyone to do it. As I was sleeping I noticed dead roaches throughout the room and under the cabinet. Second there was shaved hair in the shower and long hair on the toilet seat and pillow cases. There were never any extra towels to shower with or pillows to use. The pillows were SO FLAT I woke up with a crook in my neck. I checked in Sunday and by Thursday night I was ready to go. I called downstairs abd Anthony said I would be able to get the remainder of my money back, but I called this morning to get checked out and Elizabeth said I wouldn't be able to get a refund. Mind you the advertise rate is 46.00 per night but they said that's for a weekly rate, the nightly rate is really 60 or 70 something. When I saw a live roach i called and got another room at a different hotel and left at 330 AM.... it was that bad.

I thought they would have refunded me back the money because the room was nasty, but she said she would charge me more for checking out early. You get what you pay for.
