It was horrible I showed them a picture of what I wanted first thing. I told her I do not want a bob straight. Bob, well that's what they gave me then they couldn't fix it so the other lady had to come in. Couldn't fix it either. I ended up with shorter hair than I wanted, not the style that I wanted and both of them together I believe there was like 40 years experience 20 each and both of them together couldn't give me the haircut I wanted. I had to come home and mess with my hair. I couldn't even style it. It was horrible. Never again I give them 0 stars

Had my hair cut today. Great beautician - friendly and very professional. The cost was $19.95. The place is only 5 minutes from my home & has good parking & waiting room.

Veronica hairstylist messed up hair! She does a horrible job! She cut my hair uneven and shorter than I ask for. Worst haircut ever! Do not recommend!

Don't think we'll go there again. My family went there very recently and she wasn't pleased with the service. My kids all received some sort of a fade but the end results were unsatisfactory. One of the ladies did not really try to finish my youngest son's hair. My middle one had the best cut of everyone and even his was not to standards. My oldest had too much line and not enough fade and extremely uneven. My spouses hair was cut without care. To top it off the animosity between workers is extremely uncomfortable.

Molly has been cutting my hair ever since I moved to the RGV 12 years ago. Her service is so good that I even followed her from the Mission store to the McAllen store when she moved. (Even though it is a longer distance and drive)
Update 7/15/24: I arrived for my haircut today and was advised that there is a price increase of 25%! I have 1 more cut to fill my free cut card. Then I will probably find somewhere else. $24. for a basic men’s haircut is a bit rich.
