Great opportunity to take advantage of your camera. Literally anywhere! It was different than what I expected from just your ordinary birthday party. Adorable! There's separate individual rooms with different settings/styles/ themes.
Each room has its own price bundle package on what's provided and what you can add on.
The staff were somewhat friendly, but there was one particular one that was impatient and harsh towards the three and four year old girls.
If you are going to work with children, please understand that you must have patience and understand that these children are learning as they go. They aren't robots with different settings on a remote control.
For example, if you have stuffed animal decor and the three year old child keeps grabbing it because she absolutely thinks it's adorable to hug and cuddle.
Instead of grabbing her hand and pulling it out from her, then saying no over and over.
You could have explained in ways a child can understand without hurting her feelings as if she did something wrong because the party was over or you are moving on to another activity.
You can simply say that the stuffed animal needs to sleep by their home (which is the tent)because they are very tired after playing too long.
Use creativity stories as a learning experience.
You must have patience, passion, empathy, be kind-hearted, and understanding when working with little ones because it's possible to lead the child with mental/ emotional trauma.
Other than that, the girls had a great time playing, dancing to music, painting, eating pizzas and sweets, creating jewelry, and receiving face paints.
Two of the staff members were very helpful and played along with the little ones without losing their patience. I really appreciate that.
When I stepped out to take my other one to use the restroom. I was told she grabbed my little one by the wrist and pulled her away in a harsh manner.
Children are curious and want to explore, which they weren't allowed to look into another room because it's off limits. Unless you paid and reserve the room. I completely understand, but like I said, toddlers are too young to comprehend what's off limits.
You gently have to explain to them differently or use a make-up story without getting physical or asking a family member to get the little one instead.

The owner was rude and horrible to my three year old niece . She’s uneducated and made the whole experience so horrible . The staff is just as rude when you each out in Facebook . Horrible horrible service DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

The owner needs training in reference to skin problems as well as a course in good manners, since due to her ignorance on this subject she discriminated against a girl who only had the hope of going to have fun.

I just wanted to share our experience with sweet Boulevard Party Place. My daughters 3 and 5 were invited to their friend’s birthday party today. All week they had been super excited! We show up and they take their names and take them to the back and the parents go to a waiting area. A few minutes later they bring my 3 yr old already with her robe and headband and ask if it was okay for her to get the face mask because they noticed her face was a bit dry and red. We explained she has eczema and they said they didn’t want to apply anything that would irritate her so she would not be able to participate on that part of the service. We understood and sat down. A few minutes later an older lady comes up and tells her employer to remove the robe and headband from my 3 yr old and to immediately wash it because they can’t be having that here in front of all the attendees. Again we go back and sit down and wait because my 5 yr old was in the back. Not much time passed when the older lady who we know now is the owner calls the Mom who is having the party to the side and tells her we can’t be in the lobby because my daughter has a contagious disease. She explained that my daughter has eczema and that eczema is not contagious. She refused to listen even after all the moms who were there told her they were okay with my daughter participating because we see each other at ballet and she’s not contagious she just has a medical condition. Again she refused and she stated it was for the safety of her staff and that she has a policy on this but no where did she mention this to the party host before the party and I am unable to find this policy on their website. So we left. I just want to share this because I don’t want another little girl going thru what my daughter went thru. They discriminated my daughter in front of everyone because of her medical condition. As her mom my heart breaks because how do you explain this to a 3 and 5 yr old who had been excited all week to celebrate their ballet friend. How do you make them understand that they had to leave because my 3 year old has a medical condition that is out of our control and the owner assumes is contagious.

They discriminated my niece because she has a skin condition called eczema, and the owner assumed it was “contagious”. They made my niece take off her robe in front of everyone and leave. Disgusting behavior, do not support this business.

THE WORST PLACE IVE BEEN this place may seem pretty and good like it’s going to be a good experience when it’s the total opposite (CHECK REVIEWS FIRST). The host and stuff members are extremely RUDE and MANNERLESS! First they were nice and i noticed they started rolling their eyes and smacking their lips giving attitude. They also kicked some of my party members that’s i payed for (55$ Per child ) because of “lice “ that is understandable but not only that she said it infront of all the parents and children HOW EMBARRASSING for the parent and the child. smh . when they started doing the spa thing and “tattooing “ they started hitting the girls and purposely putting unnecessary pressure on the girls (remind u the paper tattoos that you wet and they stick on with water NO PRESSURE OR HITTING NEEDED ) the hostess was yelling at the little girls for singing and dancing when it’s a birthday party of course they are excited. when i was paying for everything the host said “ i think you should pay more “ after i gave her a 55$ TIP and after i asked for what she said that “ none of the staff wanted to be there and they did not like the little girls etc” i asked my friend how her experience what she said it was very similar. i have to admit the place is very beautifully decorated but it is so UNCLEAN and UNSANITARY !!!! it is very small and limited but i 1000000% do NOT recommend to anyone this place needs to be shut down

Reguardless the bad experience with the hosts., i loved the place its beautiful facility and all littl girls and moms fell in love with the spa. It was my first time throwing a party there so i did not know how it was going to go about. Little tip to share ,ask for how the party will take place as in schedule ,that way if you are ordering food you know what time to order it an so you can know what time the food will be served. . I ordered pizza drom Dominos literally next door to this place. If moms from invites will be staying you might want to have drinks, food & desserts ect for them as well for the hosts. I had 5 hosts wish i would have thought about all this beforehand. Also would like to share i forgot the name of the girl in charge but the owner shows up introduces herself to me then introduces the girl in charge from the 5hosts. Owner and main host in charge amazing customer service , super friendly not only to me but to the little girls as well as they are arriving. My invites age ranged from 3-9year olds. Total of 12 girls. The other hosts not so friendly one of them rolled her eyes constantly when trying to gather the girls for the cake., or from one activity/station to another..,keep in mind its a kids setting and for them its exciting, its thrilling so ofcourse they will be loud ect. No one was actually destroying or doing any damage other than being too excited to stay quiet. Im assumming the ones rolling her eyes does not have kids., hence the easily frustrated attitude she carried throughout the whole party. Non Of them smiled at the moms as they arrived or at the little girls to make everybody feel welcomed ect thank goodness all my invites were not timid or shy and were able to enjoy the party regardless the vibes the hosts were giving. I would consider either teaching the hosts more customer service and how to be around a kids party not to mention i did over hear talking amongs themselves how they do not get paid enough so i guess if i had given a big tip to each one from the beginning maybe they would have acted differently. I love kids i work with kids myself and im always a whooe vibe ineracting with them., but i know its not for every one. As to the place it is BeAUTIFUL girls n moms still had fun !

This place is pink overload! We loved it, very girly and a perfect place to pamper your beautiful girls. Every station is nicely decorated and entertaining. There is a section for eating. The attendees were great and friendly. My daughter and her friends had lots of fun.

This New Location it’s amazing!! They have the SpA , a Glamping Room & a Tea Party Room ( Alice in Wonderland ) Available.The staff its great and we have an excellent experience!! 100% recommended!!Out experience at Sweet Boulevard was above average!!! Thank You!!

You enter the spa and everything looks nice but it is the opposite. An unprofessional place and the owner is very rude to her employees. I don't respect me or my wife and he took a plate of food that we brought for my guests without warning. The place is unsanitary... My daughters ended up with all black feet and the girls ate on the floor.

Went for a birthday party here and it was amazing... the staff literally takes care of everything. It is the perfect party for the moms to finally take a break from doing and handling everything. And the little girls had an absolutely wonderful time the entire time!!! Literally!! Amazing!
