I did an insurance claim because I broke my phone and I was having issues with the replacement the insurance company sent me so I went to a couple of tmobile stores for assistance. The whole team at this store (904C) was so helpful and attentive. There were moments I was so frustrated to the verge of tears and Kassie, Irma, and Arlette each took the time to speak with me, help me, even connect me with both customer support for tmobile and the insurance company to ensure my issue was resolved. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate how they helped me through the situation. This will forever be my go-to t-mobile store from now on.

Had a horrible experience at this store. They sold me a plan even though they were aware that the SIM card was not compatible with my phone. They lied about the plan data plan also. They refused to refund my money.

Pesimo servicio te prometen crédito y es mentira aparte te dicen que los celulares son gratis y te los cobran carisimos y bien baratones jamas vuelvo a ir por su culoa devo oagar como $700 por nada y por un servicio que ni use jamas

Sales rep by the name of Erika lied to me and my fiance about getting free tab e tables when I purchased 2 new S7's . Was informed by her that after 3 months of being connected I would then be able to disconnect the tablets from service, and the amount owed for the 2 tablets would be then deducted from my bill. Therefore, they would be free after having then been connected for 3 months. I called T Mobile service number and was informed that the tablets would only be free after having them connected for 24 months of service, not 3.
