Went in because I had questions on my bill the girl was not in the mood to help all she did was read the bill off my phone and say "you have to call customer service." I guess they only help you when they want to sell and get the commission!!!! I will never go back into this store!

I showed to this t mobile location having issues with my e-mails completely gone after updating it a very frustrated situation for me, luckily this guy CESAR t mobile representative with a good sense of humor very patiently very professional and knowledgeable took care of my phone problem in no time. Thank you CESAR. !!!!!!

It is amazing when you walk in for help and you are greeted with a happy smile and a person that has a friendly, helpful and happy attitude. I spoke to Reagen, and not only did she solve my phone issue, she made suggestions to improve the over all quality of service. Intelligence plus a caring attitude equals happy customers. My retired mom went in-store 9/22/2023 to upgrade her iPhone 12 to the new iPhone 15. She purchased (financed/eip) a $50 case but the shady sales rep added a $40 screen protector and $18 month insurance (p360) without her knowledge or approval. This seems to be common practice among T-Mobile retail agents to make extra commission and/or hit their metrics they must meet. I’m the account owner and was able to quickly review the online receipts and financing documents and confirm the shenanigans this rep performed. Y’all need to do better!

I had a lot of question about my line and I kept asking this lady the questions and all she would answer was “call customer service or you can download the T-Mobile app” she didn’t even look up my account or anything. This happened sept 14 around 1-2 pm. I being a T-Mobile member since 2014 and I have never had bad customer like today !

I was there today Monday, September 11, and I received the best help from Nelly. She helped me with the best plan as I will be traveling out of the country. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I’m truly grateful for her help and has made things easier. Thanks Nelly!?

Calling customer service for 2 days at a total of 14 hour,I was on hold or talking mostly to people I could not really understand and getting the wrong advice.The manager fix the problem. Great service!

I like T mobile options for hotspot very affordable however I don’t like the customer service here. Had bad experiences both times with I have come to make payments.

A manager took my order said the phones will be back in 4 days went back 4 days nothing call the week later stated that they didn't have any information on my phones called back today stated that the phones were returned since I didn't pick him up never got a message never got a text that the phones were here For a big accompany That you are and apparently cannot train the personnel properly are they just don't want to do their jobs
